At our organization, we are proud to have Karla Dy as our QA Supervisor. With her expertise and commitment, she has made significant contributions to the success of our company and will be a key asset for Golden Altos moving forward.
As the QA Supervisor Karla is responsible for overseeing all internal and external audits, managing employee training, overseeing spec changes, and supervising the QA team in charge of buyoffs and other quality requirements. With her sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the industry, Karla ensures that our company maintains the highest quality standards. Karla has benefited from the mentorship of Ben Mendoza (VP & General Manager), who has helped her navigate the complexities of the QA process. She is grateful for his guidance and support.
Outside of work, Karla loves hiking and outdoor activities, going to the beach, and traveling the world. She is also a devoted mother who enjoys spending time with her kids. She has a passion for trying new cuisines and enjoys exploring different culinary traditions.
As our company continues to grow, Karla is committed to increasing our footprint in the Hi-Rel assembly and qualification industry by leading the implementation of MIL-STD-750 and pushing to obtain Trusted Certification. She is also ensuring that we are on a path to obtain our AS9100 quality management standard certification in the near future. Karla’s dedication and professionalism are an asset to our organization, and we are proud to have her on our team.
