Meet Rexie, the Production Manager here at Golden Altos. Our favorite thing about her? Her infectious smile and contagious laugh. Not only are we proud to have the close-knit family culture that we do here at Golden Altos, but we are honored to share it. Especially during a time where it makes all the difference. Rexie Losendo-Belena is one of the many who keep this dynamic alive. So, today we’re taking the moment to give her the same shine she brings to the office each day. After 22 years of solid dedication, on behalf of everyone here, we thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do for us.
In every family, there is the glue that holds everything and everyone together. In the Golden Altos family, Rexie is that glue. As production manager, having her hand in everything is just another day. Understanding the ins and outs of our company was her top priority as she moved her way up from receptionist (front desk) to document control, then to customer service where she ultimately made her transition into production manager. What a climb! Learning more about how we operate is something she says will never grow tired of. With that, it would be safe to say that expertise is her middle name. Rexie thrives in environments where a twist or turn could happen at any given moment. When asked what she enjoys most about her job she had this to say, “I love the conversion of the travelers. I enjoy being able to understand our customers’ requirements and explaining that to my customer service team so that we are all on the same page.” We are astonished with her ability to where multiple hats all without breaking a sweat. It would be an understatement to say that Rexie is the woman who knows it all.
Simple, happy, and content is how Rexie describes herself in three words. She gives many thanks to Golden Altos for the continuous love that they have shown her. Feeling happiest when she is back home in the Philippines, makes having a piece of home within the office that much more important to her wellbeing. She feels appreciated in the sense that being treated like a family member made all the difference in her time here at Golden Altos. This holds an incredible amount of value to her and how she feels about working with us. Well, Rexie, we wouldn’t have it any other way!
We look forward to the many years to come and hope that you continue to bring the warm kindred spirit that uplifts our office as you have been. Here’s to you Rexie, cheers to 22 years!
